SHIPPING

Most orders are despatched within two working days. Postage costs are calculated on an order basis rather than per item. 

All orders are carefully packed using materials that will protect your items from water damage and bending. All packages are marked 'Fragile' or 'Do Not Bend.'

Every order is despatched with full insurance so if anything goes missing or arrives damaged you are assured of a replacement or full refund.

RETURNS

Any item can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning an item. A refund will only be issued if the item is returned in the same condition as when it left us.

We strongly recommend that you return items using the same packing materials that we used to despatch your order and that you fully insure any items that are being returned. Return postage costs will only be refunded if we have made an error or an item has been damaged in transit.
